Once you contact us to express you want your team to learn Spanish, we go over a two(2) steps. 

FIRST STEP  is the evaluation of your team's Spanish needs. We must understand who is the group we will be teaching and their specific reasons for learning Spanish. Is it because that will translate into a less frustrating experience for them and the people they serve? Or is it a team building initiative that brings also many benefits for ? These interactions allow us to assess the precise communication needs relevant to their occupation(s). Some professions may only require a few essential phrases to effectively perform their tasks, while others, such as lawyers or mental health therapists, may need more comprehensive language training. However, none of our courses are “basic” Spanish; they are designed specifically for the language demands of each profession.

SECOND STEP is the proposal. Based on this evaluation, we propose the system that will bring the most benefit to your team. We offer three approaches to teaching Spanish. One is a personalized intensive core training program consisting of focused sessions tailored to the occupation. The second is a longer-term comprehensive language training system with weekly sessions over 1 or 2 years. The third combines both: an initial core training followed by regular reinforcement sessions—either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly—for ongoing development.

The core training is deleivered to individuals who share the same goals.
