- We build a custom occupational program targeting your procedures, tasks, and vocabulary
- No grammar instruction — instead, classes focus on practical exercises that help participants memorize job-specific questions, phrases, and clear instructions.
Available in two tracks:
- Spanish learners (build from basics)
- Heritage speakers (refine professional language)
Starts with an 8–12 week intensive, followed by optional maintenance to keep skills sharp.

ONGOING CONVERSATION & TEAM BONDING

- We design a custom program starting with the Spanish Foundations course, then progress through Conversation 1, 2 & 3— always using your company’s vocabulary and real-world scenarios.
- A 12-week cycle of weekly 60 or 90-minute classes fosters language growth, cultural connection, and team spirit.

ONLINE GROUP CLASSES (Cohorts)
- Join live, small‑group 8‑week cohorts
- Start with Spanish Foundations (Essentials), then continue with Conversational Cohorts (Conversation 1-3)
- We also run Grammar and Pronunciation workshops, plus profession‑specific courses (e.g., Spanish for Travelers, Real Estate, and Business Communication Essentials).
WHO WE ARE
We are a woman-owned, growing company based in Rocky Point, Tampa, Florida, serving our community for over 15 years. Led by founder Lyl Polanco, our select team of Spanish instructors brings more than 40 years of combined experience.
Unlike other language providers that offer many languages without going deep into any, we focus exclusively on Spanish — allowing us to deliver highly specialized, effective, and culturally relevant training. We specialize in occupational Spanish training, with programs tailored to your industry, role, and real-world communication needs.
While rooted in Tampa Bay, we also work with students nationwide through private online lessons and live virtual classes.
ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Lyl Polanco, originally from Caracas, Venezuela, is passionate about helping professionals connect through language. She brings over two decades of experience teaching Spanish to adults, a background in engineering, and advanced training in teaching Spanish in the United States.
Her approach is practical, engaging, and culturally relevant — bridging the gap between Latin American and U.S. workplace cultures.
